In life, in the vineyard, and in the Universe, there is a perfect time for every action. A time for planting, a time for fruiting, and another time for harvest. In Săhăteni, I learned that patience has an important meaning, but when you even give the time the right to flow, it’s rewarding. I had the first harvest of Fetească Neagră in 2006.
This wine was born 10 years ago and comes as a culmination of all the lessons I have learned, grape by grape and hour by hour. It is a wine that was born as an anniversary edition and represents a measure of commitment that we make every year to allow nature to surprise us and to do our best to exceed expectations.
